Frequently asked questions
01 What documentation do you provide after installation?
A structural certificate signed by a technician, an assembly, use and dismantling plan (PMUD) with maximum loads, access points and restrictions, a site-specific risk assessment and a record of periodic (weekly) inspections for the whole duration of the service.
02 How do you coordinate with the site team?
We work integrated with the site team. Before assembly we carry out a joint technical visit, validate the risk prevention plan and sign the business activity coordination protocols.
03 Do you hold ISO 45001?
Yes, ISO 45001 certification since 2021 (previously OHSAS 18001 since 2007). We also hold the AEQT/AEST 5-star Safety certification (the highest rating) since 2007 — awarded by the Chemical Business Association of Tarragona.
04 What happens if an inspection finds a problem during the works?
We carry out the periodic inspections ourselves (weekly or per shift depending on the type of job). If we find a problem we fix it immediately at no extra cost. If the inspection is carried out by an external third party, we intervene as soon as possible.
