1.1. Applicable Regulations

Our Privacy Policy has been designed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

By providing us with your data, you declare that you have read and are aware of this Privacy Policy, giving your unambiguous and express consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the purposes and terms set out herein.

The company may modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments, or to interpretations by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. 2. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The processing we carry out on your personal data serves the following purposes:

• Managing the sending of information requested through contact forms.
• Processing orders, quotes, purchase orders, and service requests.
• Attending to and responding to user inquiries.
• Maintaining the contractual and commercial relationship with clients and suppliers, including invoicing and the corresponding accounting and tax management.
• Preparing commercial profiles (without this involving automated decisions with legal effects on the data subject).

We will retain your personal data from the time you give your consent until you revoke it or request the limitation of processing. In such cases, we will keep your data blocked for the legally required periods.

The legal basis for processing your data is the express consent granted through a positive and affirmative act (filling in the relevant form and ticking the box accepting this policy) at the time you provide us with your personal data, as well as the legitimate interest of the controller and, where applicable, the performance of a contract or the applicable legal obligation.

By filling in the forms, checking the box «I accept the Privacy Policy», and clicking to submit the data, or by sending emails to the company through the accounts enabled for that purpose, the user states that they have read and expressly accepted this privacy policy, and grants their unambiguous and express consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purposes indicated.

3.2. Categories of Data

The categories of data that the company may collect are identification data (name, surname), contact data (email, phone, postal address) and, where applicable, commercial data derived from the professional relationship or the requested engagement (company, NIF, position, billing details). No special categories of data under Article 9 of the GDPR are processed.

As part of our commitment to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we inform you that the necessary technical and organizational measures have been adopted to guarantee the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which they are exposed, in accordance with Article 32 of GDPR (EU) 679/2016.

5. Data Transfers

No data transfers or international transfers of your data are envisaged, except those authorized by tax, commercial, and telecommunications legislation, as well as in cases where a judicial authority requires it. Where applicable, providers who render services to the company (web hosting, accounting, legal advice) may access the data under the corresponding data processing agreement provided for in Article 28 of the GDPR.

Any data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. For reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. The data controller will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
